A little eye shadow can brighten up your face, match your clothes, and make those pretty eyes pop, I believe that anyone can wear any color, as long as they wear it right, Some of my favorite brands for eye shadows are, Mac and Covergirl. If you get a great base, you can wear any brand you prefer.

The first thing you need to do is apply a base. A base helps to brighten the eye shadow, and helps the eye shadow look fresh all day. My favorite base is Painterly paint pot by Mac. You just need to apply a small amount to the lid with a concealer brush and use your ring finger to smooth over your eye. If you are only wearing one color I would recommend that you stop at the crease of the eye. Another good item to use before applying your eye shadow is to apply a white pencil on the lid. A good kind is by NYX, It’s cheap and you can get it at any local beauty supply.

It’s great if you apply a base, because it will help the eye shadow last all day, and the color outstanding.
